Sales Account Manager (Lab Diagnostics)

Then come and join our global team as a Sales Account Manager (Lab Diagnostics) to be responsible for sales activities across the Diagnostics portfolio of assigned accounts in North Vietnam.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Maintain business and expand market share in current accounts:
    • Coordinate with other stakeholders (business partners, internal departments – services, logistics, marketing).
    • Closely work with customers’ departments (lab, purchasing department, BOD, KOLs).
    • Prepare business plan, lead penetration strategy and closely follow-up on the plan.
    • Ensure good supplies.
    • Promote good operation of instruments.
    • Closely follow-up reagent consumption (tender, quota) and make sure that consumption meets the target.
    • Closely follow-up new opportunities and keep increasing Siemens’ probability of winning.
  • New business opportunities:
    • Manage funnel of opportunities and keep it updated regularly.
    • Ensure effective, quality and accurate opportunity pipeline.
    • Coordinate with business partners for each opportunity and handle conflicts if any.
    • Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings.
    • Prepare business plan and lead internal/external resources to implement the plan.
  • Market transparency:
    • Update LIS and IB in the assigned territories regularly.
    • Able to assess the potential of the account.
  • Leadership:
    • Control business partners’ performance as well as other teams’ performance at customer sites and coordinate with them to make improvement if necessary.
    • Responsible for all coordination of sales activities via dealer network; monitoring and supporting dealers and internal sales staff on sales activities.
    • Coordinate with marketing/marcom in marketing activities.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders of distributors to deliver the best service to customers.
  • Others:
    • Responsible for overall target to meet business volume in orders, revenue, reagent commitment, P&L compliance, for assigned accounts or districts.
    • Identify and explore cross selling opportunities with other products lines or business areas.
    • Ensure accuracy of revenue forecast and delivery of financial targets, orders and revenue of assigned customers.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Sales of Healthcare Diagnostics Laboratory / Diagnostics Imaging products and solutions.
  • Understand the diagnostic laboratory market, with sales knowledge of healthcare market in respective industry.

Your attributes and skills:

  • You display ambition and a strong problem-solving mindset and strategic thinking in work assignments.
  • You are an excellent team player and are comfortable with cross functional leadership.
  • You promote compliance and transparency through all business processes.
  • You are proficient in both written and spoken English.
