Finance analyst supporting the F-35 Automated Test Solutions Mission Area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Preparation of Earned Value targets, baselines, estimates, and forecasts for Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) and Annualized contracts
-Provide financial status, guidance and assistance to Control Account Managers (CAMs) for responsible scope within the Annualized and LRIP contracts
– Prepares and presents financial status to Finance lead(s) and/or management
-Ensures Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial information is correct and compliant with Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) guidelines
-Ensures Estimate at Complete (EAC) reflects latest scope of work
-Tracks financial performance of control accounts and projects future spending profiles / funding requirements.
-Preparation, update and maintenance of Work Authorization Documents (WADs)
-Assist the Program Management Office (PMO) and/or functional management in preparing proposal cost estimates or other relevant cost data
-Helps develop and present quarterly Contract Status Report (CSR) and annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plans
Requires frequent communication with Cost Account Managers and Program Managers to ensure financial status is well understood and financial objectives are met for each contract.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business related field
-Self motivated with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Must work well in team environments and comfortable working with team members in different geographic locations
-Strong Microsoft office skills, primarily focusing in Excel
Desired Skills:
-Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
-SAP, Hyperion and COBRA experience
-DI-MGMT-81861: Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) authoring exposure / experience
