Program Finance Analyst supporting the Spain F-110 program which currently consists of four contracts. Provide financial support to the Spain PMO to ensure that the Program’s financial performance is current, accurate, complete and consistent with the terms and conditions of the contract statement of work. Work with program personnel to establish/maintain cost and schedule baselines in Cobra for each contract and associated charge numbers. Collect and analyze budgets, estimate to complete cost plans, and manpower/staffing plans in Cobra for all assigned charge numbers and contracts as directed by Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Program Managers (PMs). Analyze and report cost and schedule status and prepare cost analysis and variance reports for submittal to the customer. Provide financial reports to Program Management on a monthly basis, or as required. Guide the CAMS and PMs in planning labor, material and other direct costs in support of specific charge number and contract objectives. Budget and track the performance of Spain Programs cost accounts and project future funding requirements. Assist the PMO in developing cost proposals and ROMs. Support the development of Long Range and Operating Plans for assigned contracts. Support special projects as required.
