Optum Bank, a is seeking a Treasury Services Consultant to assist with the design, development and maintenance of treasury, cash management and payment services offered by the Bank. Optum Bank is part of Optum Financial and is a unit of Optum, a health and wellness company. Optum is part of the UnitedHealth Group family of companies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate in treasury system implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution
• Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements and ensure those requirements are clearly translated into technical specifications
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the underlying system processes and data structures that support Treasury functions
• Provide servicing and technical assistance to internal partners/vendors to ensure a timely and smooth implementation process
• Serve as a primary point of contact to support online banking system inquiries from internal and external customers
• Assist with the maintenance, configuration, and periodic upgrades of online banking systems
• Process electronic banking enrollment and maintenance requests
• Document treasury system workflows, policies, and procedures
• Become fully cross trained in Bank Treasury operational functions and support the daily treasury, cash management and payment operations functions as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience working at a financial institution, fintech company, or an equivalent combination of corporate bank treasury system, and/or cash management experience
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifications:

• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Designations
• Experience working with commercial ACH and wire payment processing software
• Experience with utilizing or supporting online banking systems and applications
• Knowledge of Nacha Operating Rules
• Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
