Description:This position is an exciting opportunity to work with the Lockheed Martin Space Facilities Finance and Business Operations team. The team is a small, impactful group that provides support across the enterprise, partnering with programs and functional areas to ensure their facility needs are achieved on budget and schedule. This role will provide exposure to all areas of the business, broadening your financial, analytical, and communication skills.

The position requires the ability to organize various data points, partner with technical counterparts to understand operations, and enable effective project execution through cost management. The candidate will be responsible for performing various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

We are seeking a candidate that can lead initiatives that positively impact affordability, schedule and performance. Must have excellent communication skills, experience utilizing Excel for financial modeling and analysis, comfortable interacting with all levels of leadership and demonstrated ability to perform with a high level of accuracy.
Basic Qualifications:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated professional presence and business acumen skills
Desired Skills:
• Strong Microsoft office skills, primarily focusing on Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of leadership including analysis and recommendations
• Previous experience utilizing Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong initiative to learn and grow
• Knowledge of Business Systems, particularly SAP and P2P
• Proven self-starter and team player.
• Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Advocate for change and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Capital and OH Funding
