About the Role

As an experienced Account Payable Coordinator reporting to our Assistant Controller you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. This role is a full time remote position.


  • Manage the day to day accounts payable process
  • Review incoming invoices and match to purchase orders
  • Enter invoices into the accounts payable system
  • Prepare weekly selections of bills to pay and process payments through Bill.com
  • Assist with the month end close process
  • Manage vendor inquiries, and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Set up new vendors, and maintain accurate vendor records 
  • Research and reconcile invoice/statement discrepancies 
  • Prepare reports as needed 
  • Manage the issuance of the 1099 forms at year end
  • Perform other duties to support the accounting department

Who You Are

  • Associate degree.
  • Two or more years of work experience managing accounts payable for a multi-location, multi-entity company
  • NetSuite, Bill.com, Hybrent experience are a plus!
  • General understanding of accounting theory and processes
  • Excel skills
  • Great team player; highly organized and efficient
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Attention to detail and accuracy a must
