Global Expense Reporting Senior Analyst

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Global Expense Reporting Senior Analyst, located in our New Brunswick, NJ office location. This role has a hybrid schedule (3x in office, 2x remote).

Responsibilities for this Senior Analyst will include the following:

  • S/he will be responsible for monitoring/executing global and regional payment processes with a particular focus on implementing process improvements while collaborating and partnering with cross functional teams throughout Global Services
  • Provide reports/remittance files to support local payment processes for both cash and credit card payments
  • Monitor regional cash and card payment completion
  • Provide support for Global Treasury payment process
  • Provide training to Affiliates on GL Reconciliation process
  • Assist Affiliates with ERP open balances
  • Run ad hoc reports based on business requests
  • Point of escalation for employee support cases related to payments and system issues
  • Rejected payment process management (robotics monitoring)
  • Change request intake – related to system configuration and Cognos reporting
  • Provision elevated access roles within Concur
  • Testing support for change requests and new country deployments, acquisitions, and divestitures
  • Manage ad hoc requests for hard copy receipts
  • Identify and build business cases for Intelligent Automation opportunities (Robotic Process Automation, Workflow Automation) and overall process simplification -manage projects to execute on these ideas
  • Will be expected to regularly present findings to management. Therefore, s/he must possess the ability to simplify complex information and successfully present it to senior level management and business partners

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting or directly related area is required.
  • Demonstrated Process improvement experience is required- effective at improving and driving changes in processes.
  • Concur experience preferred.
  • Experience with analytics is required.
  • Experience with and the ability to frame issues/opportunities for management is required.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements at the same time required.
  • Proven ability to identify root cause of problems/issues and appropriately engage others in the identification and implementation of a solution required.
  • Experience in a SOX controlled environment preferred.
  • This position will be located in New Brunswick, NJ and may require up to 10% travel
