Responsible for supporting the Unclaimed Property reporting process through compliance with state unclaimed property regulations, including, management of data, customer service and preparation of reports. Participate in process improvement projects and all operational aspects of the Unclaimed Property team. Administer policies and procedures pertaining to the unclaimed property data. Manage inquiries from members, providers, vendors, and constituents. Act as a liaison with the state agencies, vendor, and other business areas in providing unclaimed property information. Research and analyze company unclaimed property records for validity, review and process claims, prepare journal entries and participate in the monthly reconciliation process. Import files, verify and update unclaimed property database records. Participate in the State reporting/remittance process. Research and recover Company funds being held at state agencies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extra hours may be required during peak periods.
1+ years Customer service experience.
1+ years of experience with unclaimed property, claims, accounts receivable or other accounting experience.
1+ years MS Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Accounting experience with knowledge of Company’s general ledger.
