As an Associate Finance Manager, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

  • Valued partner within KCNA cost transformation program working closing with cross-functional customer logics and distribution team members to drive and optimize distribution cost savings for KCNA
  • Coordinate KCNA distribution forecast process and governance, which entails collaborating with distribution team members and leaders managing the distribution metrics and results, Anaplan distribution model (cloud-based business planning platform) and other distribution initiatives and processes (including the Annual DC budgeting process)
  • Responsible for ensuring the cost transformation program drives cash impact through building business cases, highlighting financial trends that could hinder or accelerate financial impact, influencing and driving decisions and communicating the financial impact of the transformation
  • Provide management with financial advice and counsel on all pertinent business matters by supplying ongoing, timely, and meaningful financial analysis of actual performance and other discreet projects including investment analysis for distribution projects
  • Partner with the distribution leadership team to develop the Annual Business planning for distribution expenses
  • Advocate LEAN business practices, driving out waste in business processes using LEAN problem-solving tools and practices
  • Ensure application of efficient and effective financial and operating controls. Promote sound internal control programs and support the Corporation’s requirement for strong central financial control

You also possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in brand, manufacturing, logistics and/or operational Finance with a consistent record of influence and impact
  • Strong business judgment, problem-solving and analytical skills and high degree of financial competence
  • Experience with management reporting, P&L and Analysis of change analysis
  • Experience applying LEAN principles and tools to enable effective problem solving preferred
  • Knowledge in the principles and practices of finance and accounting to ensure that procedures, instructions and practices within the unit provide adequate internal financial control and are in conformance with corporate accounting and financial control policies and instructions
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to manage functional workload, multiple priorities, and competing time demands
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills to deliver effective, confident and results-oriented communications and presentations
  • Ability to influence without authority
