Finance Manager, Hainan Travel Retail

Mission

Responsible for financial planning & forecast & actual reporting with focus on Coty Prestige Hainan business. Ensure the proper governance/controls over A&CP expenses and fixed costs, to drive ROI mindset and to partner with commercial team on decision making

Main Responsibilities

• – Prepare outlook, profit forecast and AOP
• – In charge of closing activities to ensure actuals against budget and provide insight on variances
• – Prepare monthly and quarterly deck and other ad hoc management reports
• Track local marketing budget and marketing furniture Capex to ensure budget compliance
• Provide analysis on local marketing spending ROI and Promotional ROI
• Help prepare month end analysis reports
• Build P&L to provide analyses to help marketing and sales achieve goals
• Identify brand profitability drivers / Provide brand and channel analysis as required by management
• SOX

Knowledge & Experience

• Require experience working in a finance role teaming with marketing and/or sales personnel
• Previous FP&A experience is a plus
• Full understanding of the month end close process and how it relates to other closing activities
• Good business judgment
• Self motivated and can work independently under pressure
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA or CPA Candidate preferred / Firm understanding of basic accounting, financial statements and US GAAP
• ++5 years of experience
• Experience with ERP Systems preferred; preferably SAP
