Up to 20% travel required locally to Scottsdale, AZ for team meetings and training sessions.

The Finance Client A/R Manager requires a candidate that is ambitious, motivated, and an eager individual, looking to work for an industry-leading, Fortune 5 company. This position is part of our Financial Operations, Revenue Cycle department, which manages key strategic Client (B2B) financial relationships within CVS Health’s Caremark PBM business. In this role, the Manager will play an instrumental part in the success of the department and organization by managing a team of professionals providing best in class customer experience and being responsible for the cash flow management of our Account Receivables.

The Finance Manager will support over 8,000 active accounts and $13B dollars of receivables per month and will monitor and assign clients to the appropriate credit regions. A region may consist of 500 to 1,200 PBM clients/companies. Each client may vary in terms of size of revenue and complexity. The ideal candidate will be able to focus on maximizing cash flow, reducing risk exposure, ability to work with Clients to resolve issues quickly, communicate effectively, and continue to find opportunities for improvements. They will be a hands on Manager who implements strategies to not only improve processes, but empowers colleague engagement, training, and development. A successful Finance Manager can partner and collaborate with their colleagues and peers as well as builds relationships across the enterprise to ensure customers’ needs are met.

The Finance Manager should ensure the following are performed throughout the fiscal year –

• Weekly Region Reviews and metrics
• Monthly AR Trend Reports
• 31+ Monthly Region Review
• EOM AR Review
• Monthly Department Meeting
• Department HR/Administrative Duties
• Montor Special Client Handling
• Provide Department Training to team.
• Ensure Compliance on Offsets/refunds and bad debt.
• Preparation of the Reserves/accruals
• Reserves/Rebate Recon Report
• People Development and Training

Required Qualifications
5+ years of prior relevant experience working in a fast pace environment.

Strong technical, oral, and written communication skills.

Intermediate skills needed in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge in SAP Financial system.

PBM or General Healthcare experience.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relative job experience
