Exciting new opportunity to assist the premium audit team with administrative tasks and to act as the liaison between the Company and the insured/agent. This position exists to answer customer inquiries while ensuring excellent customer service in alignment with Company standards.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assists audit team when necessary.
- Completes Audit Processor duties .
- Assists in preparing physical expiring, cancelled, interim, and service audit assignments for auditors.
- Enters physical audit assignments into the inventory for tracking purposes.
Performs departmental administrative tasks.
- Processes letters and other items as requested.
- Handles incoming phone inquiries and communicates information between insured and Underwriting.
- Manages data entry input to mainframe systems.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum 1 year of experience working in an office setting in any capacity is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
