Responsibilities
- Lead a team of specialists whose primary functions are to ensure the accuracy of client accounting and bookkeeping of factoring contract
- Review and approve daily client wire transfers for collected funds and maturity clients
- Review daily reports related to and sign off on various adjustments posting on client accounts for commissions, interest, fees during intra-month and at month-end in accordance to client contract
- Review and sign off client billing and A/R collateral balances for Non-notification and ABL clients
- Respond to client and internal customer requests with accurate and timely information on all aspects of factoring transactions
- Actively involved with documents review for new business transactions, including CMS Legal contracts. If necessary, accompany Sales or A/E on call or onsite visit to help facilitate deal closing
- Review and sign off on requests from CPA firms or banks for factor confirmation of client statements
- Provide support documents for audit or internal risk assessment requests and address all issues to ensure full compliance
- Participate in various operations related projects, system testing and validations
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills
- Degree in accounting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
- Decision making ability
- Proficient in Excel, Word
