This position will lead the Business Analyst team that supports the ongoing needs of the Accounts Payable/Reconciliation/Disbursements/Tax Information Reporting teams.  The Director will manage the business analyst team including development and continuous learning and growth, support end-users with their day-to-day issues and questions, serve as lead participant in projects for the department including SAP FSCD and P2P, coordinate training, ensure that system documentation is created and updated frequently, and manage user security audits for the systems supported in this area.
 Responsibilities:
Manage production support for Expense Management, RQD4, OneSource 1099, CASA, WebSeries, SAP P2P and FSCD Disbursements.
Evaluate current processes and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.  Work collaboratively with Financial Systems to ensure successful implementation of system improvements and upgrades as well as acquisitions and conversions, including testing of functionality.
Serve as a lead resource for system upgrades or implementations which would include scheduling and leading status update meetings and providing updates to management. 
Ensure the preparation of written documentation for various systems and processes.
Incident research and resolution
Assist end users with day-to-day issues and questions
Develop expertise in supporting SAP FS-CD activities including:
End user support
Disbursements processes, procedures, and controls
Coordinate testing review process for disbursements and other AP related activity.
Collaboratively working with the SAP FSCD Business Architecture and Application Development teams.
Participate in development and roll-out of end-user training for all systems listed above. 
Assist with design or performance of controls.  Proactively monitor various tasks, output, and jobs.
Develop and lead the business analysts by setting challenging goals, cross training and development.
Other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Ability/Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance and/or Information Technology
5-7 years of Accounting, Finance or Financial System experience
2-3 years of Management experience
Experience writing functional/technical specifications
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written with an ability to effectively communicate with systems teams and end users. 
Knowledge of finance business processes and linkage to finance and non-finance systems
Solid organizational skills to meet service objectives despite complexities of work
Ability to acquire new skills and adapt quickly
Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities  
Detail-oriented
 Desired Knowledge/Skills/Ability/Education:
SAP P2P or Financial Systems Collections and Disbursements (FS-CD) experience
Insurance Accounting and Operations experience preferred
Experience working with IT systems, developers and business analysts during project development and testing stages
