Investor Services Operations – M1Performs transfer agency operations services on behalf of clients including financial control accounting and subaccounting, fund settlement, cash reporting, DDA reconciliation, wire room activities, tax reporting, commissions and corporate actions. Manages team in processing distributions, completion of NAV/Rate updates, fund audit fulfillment, gain and loss reporting, settlement, commissions, invoicing and financial payments.Manages relationships with assigned clients and ensures all questions are answered and issues with fund transactions, accounting, and reporting are resolved.Manages processes and oversees a team to ensure that new client onboarding is successful and fund security master records are maintained in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.Ensures clients are in compliance with IRS regulatory standards. Makes accurate and timely delivery of all tax forms to shareholders. Oversees Federal and State reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate information reporting. Plans, allocates and monitors workflow to ensure that internal and external projects are accurately and timely completed. Analyzes, organizes and coordinates a variety of tax reporting initiatives to ensure accurate and timely filing for various mailings.Ensures team adheres to quality standards. Analyzes trends and implements processes to improve team performance.Responsible for the effective leadership and development of team members. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. Manages a small transfer agency operations team.Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.Associates degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 4-5 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years of management experience preferred.
