As a member of the Accertify BU Finance team, this position plays a key role in interacting cross functionally with various internal teams (i.e. Sales, Client Success, Legal, Implementation) and externally with clients and vendors. This position will be responsible for supporting critical business operations and have primary responsibility for:

  • Monthly invoicing, creating credit memos and responding to client inquiries
  • Utilizing client invoicing portals to submit invoices
  • Ensuring accuracy of reports used to measure and bill client usage through alignment with owners of internal reports and externally with vendor reports
  • Ad-hoc projects as requested by the business

Qualifications-

  • Associates Degree or equivalent Finance/Accounting department experience. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage competing deadlines and handle multiple projects while paying close attention to detail
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive for results
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to effectively communicate insights
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, internally across the business, and externally with clients
  • Proficient in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables), Word, and Outlook
  • Netsuite experience a plus as is SaaS industry experience
  • Spanish speaking a plus

*The work environment is utilzing a hybrid model which gives you flexiblity to work from home with a min of 2 days in the office.
