本ポジションはHead of Finance for Acrorad として、Acrorad CEOのファイナンスパートナーを担います。
-Role Description
Overall responsibility of Accounting & Controlling(IFRS/JGAAP), Tax, IT, HR, Legal & Compliance, Procurement
Business Planning and Controlling (FP&A)
Lead, motivate and develop high performance team
External responsibility for audit (ISO)
Maintain and enhance process, business transparency and governance within a global organization
Proactively support production capacity and productivity increase considering resource allocation
-Knowledge and Experience
Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
Strong analytical skill and business acumen to work with business partners and support when making critical business decisions
Excellent communication skill to work with local and global stakeholders under difficult situation
Leadership skill to foster an organizational culture that promotes work and projects independently and proactively in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Language requirement : Japanese (native), English (advanced)
