Director of Business Excellence – Finance

Siemens Financial Services (SFS) Inc is looking for a Director of Business Excellence.

You are the BIG PICTURE agent who will bring creative, pragmatic, and proactive solutions to our business.

Responsibilities:

• Drives alignment on strategy, guidelines and procedures related to Business Excellence for the SFS AM
• Lead in the development and implementation of a ‘best-in-class’ continuous improvement plan
• Work with key operations stakeholders to develop long and short-long term master plan incorporating Six Sigma, LEAN, Agile and other futuristic technology practices to build a continuous improvement environment/culture
• Analyze, develop, implement, and adapt Business Excellence guidelines and procedures
• Defines and monitors appropriate KPIs and improvement targets together with management and functions

Qualifications:

As a Director of Business Excellence, you will need 10 years working experience in agile transformation including at least 5 years of managerial experience (people and/or projects) within a financial institution.

As a Business Excellence Leader, you will need 8 years working experience in agile transformation including at least 3 years of managerial experience (people and/or projects) within a financial institution.

• Bachelor or equivalent international degree in IT / Computer Science or an adjacent field
• Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau etc.
• Strong experience with data models as well as a good understanding of enterprise data landscapes and architecture building blocks
• Experienced in the use a variety of CPI tools: Six Sigma, LEAN, Total Quality Management Agile, Processing Mining, AI
• Experience in implementing end-to-end process improvement projects
• Strong experience in software development with agile working models
• Flexibility to travel locally and internationally
• Have an overall understanding of Financial Services business, market developments and trends
• Preference towards candidates that have worked in an international business setting and have experience with and passion for working in diverse teams
