We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimizationand digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support ourcustomers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our highlevel of process and automation competency.

Thisis your role. What part will you play?

• You will ensure implementation of approvedaccounting policies and procedures for assigned organizational unit(s), thatmatch respective legal requirements – (i.e. HGB, IFRS, GAAP).

• You will oversee and manage large teaminvolved in accounting and/or purchasing transactions.

• You will liaise with suppliers and customersto clarify business cases as an escalation point and analyze and evaluates unitassets and liabilities, and stocks, according to Siemens-wide or specificbusiness guidelines.

• You will be responsible of unit balance sheet,P&L reports, annual financial statements, and reports respectively tobusiness management.

• You will cooperate with local authorities intaxation issues, ensures respective tax operations, and liase with local taxconsultants and banks as needed.

• You will ensure internal controls are inplace, and accounting complies with all external regulations. Cooperates withinternal and external Auditors as needed.

• You will manage large team of professionalsand support staffs in different organizational settings, understands and drivesdigitalization topics pertaining to accounting and procurement processes.

We don’t needsuperheroes, just super minds.

• You are a Post – Graduate in Commerce orEngineering and have working experience/ knowledge on managing end to endAccounting, procurement, or similar processes.

• You bring 15+ years of experience in Finance& accounting and/or procurement field.

• You should have excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills, organization skills, and analytical skills

• You are someone flexible to work on allshifts.

• You have experience in managing large anddiverse teams with focus on cultural sensitivity.

• You should have demonstrated ability inpreparing and implementing business strategies with measurable success rates(example- RPA, design thinking, other process re-engineering and digitalizationinitiatives)
