Weprovide extensive high-quality and cost-efficient Purchase-to-Pay services frompurchasing to the processing of outgoing payments.

We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimizationand digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support ourcustomers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our highlevel of process and automation competency.

Thisis your role. What part will you play?

• Perform daily activities associated with theSiemens P2P – Accounts Payable Invoice Processing for 3rd party and ICC vendorinvoice activities, Payment Services and Customer Relations.

• The responsibilities include, but not limitedto, performing invoice processing for 3rd party and ICC vendor PO invoices, NonPO invoices, e-invoices & EDI and payment requests, emergency processing(as applicable), discrepancy resolution, payment execution, providingassistance for customer service functions, as needed.

• Team of employees whose prime responsibilityis to book Liabilities of Siemens Operationg Companies accurately and in timelyfashion to enable uninterrupted supply of goods and services to various Siemenslocations.

• Books suppliers invoices according to GAAPguidelines and under consideration of legal requirements

• Cooperates with responsible purchaseorganization in order to clarify issues

• Partnering with FO (as applicable), identifyand implement process improvements and best practice initiatives. May contactsupplier actively to clarify questions

• Orders or releases payments due, when assignedby accountable management

• Contributes to balance sheet and P&Lclosing

• Clarifies account discrepancies internally,but also with expediters, vendors & suppliers

• Other Disbursement Services activities asrequired

• You have successfully completed bachelor’sdegree with 2+ years of experience in AP

• You have good analytical & problem-solvingskills

• You are some one flexible to work for nightshift or early morning shift
