Thencome and join Indonesian team as Financial Controller Analyst to assist the Country BPC Leadin delivering on-time and accurate financial and management reporting.

Yourtasks and responsibilities:

Accountingand Reporting (Management and Financial)

• You will oversee the accounting and financeoperations of a company.
• You will collaborate with Accounting Hub, manageaccounting records and responsible to produce financial reports on time and inaccordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• You will be responsible to provide robust and clearvalue-added variance analysis for every financial parameter, comparing to budget/latestforecast, and commentary on the operations, business performance, issues, and initiatives.
• You will manage the operational cost properlythrough stringent monitoring within the budget.
• You have to ensure Trial Balance hygiene includingreconciliation and movement analysis from one to another financial period.

Budgetingand Forecasting

• You will perform and formulate company budgets and forecastingin ensuring that all financial parameter are in line with projected revenue.
• You will be responsible to coordinate the budgetingand forecasting process across stakeholders, including with ASN RHQ
• You have to ensure timeliness and accuracy of budgetand forecasting submission, including assumptions and analysis.

Audit,Tax, and Risk Management

• You have to ensure that statutory audit is performedon timely and accurately to provide accurate judgement of the company financialstatement.

Yourqualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accountingwith minimum 2 years of working experiences as Controller
• Industry background inBig 5 Accounting Firm is a MUST
• Have experience inConsumer Goods (FMCG) / Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Manufacturing.
• Have experiences inworking with internal and external stakeholders, able to understand businessacumen and strong business partnering skill

Yourattributes and skills:

• Good communication skills, ability to articulate and explain the storybehind numbers
• Fluent in Indonesian and English language, written and verbal.
• Strongin analytical skill.
• Readiness to work in a single contributor position
