    Summary:

    The channel manager is responsible for account management and growth for relationships with associations, health information exchanges, and hospital associations in the western half of the United States. These channel partnerships touch multiple components of our business and therefore will require the ability to be an effective communicator between and among internal and external stakeholders. This includes problem solving account issues and providing guidance on how to best optimize strategic partnerships.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Manage existing accounts in the region, including ensuring billing and contracts are up-to-date
    • Work with leadership to provide input into strategic objectives and direction of existing accounts
    • Assess growth opportunities for new channel partnerships
    • Manage external relationships with associations, health information exchanges, and hospital associations

    What Success Looks Like…

    In 3 months…

    • A deep knowledge of the breadth of Bamboo Health products
    • An ability to parlay that knowledge to effectively communicate value proposition with external stakeholders

    In 6 months…

    • Provide recommendations to leadership on growth opportunities for channel partnerships
    • Develop plan for growth plan implementation

    In 12 months…

    • Effective day-to-day management of existing strategic accounts
    • A successfully executed strategic partnership with 1-2 channel partners

    What You Need:

    • BA/BS degree, with MBA or MPA preferred
    • 3-6 years professional experience independently managing complex projects involving cross-functional internal and customer stakeholders
    • Operational or client services background with state government or association experience preferred
    • A mission-driven focus with a passion for spearheading change in complex healthcare environments, awareness of payer/provider reimbursement models, and interoperability/healthcare tech trends
    • Experience with high-growth companies a plus
    • Understanding of health policy with a focus on behavioral health and Medicaid
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral
    • Ability to envision the big picture and attend to the details
