Summary:
Bamboo Health is seeking a paralegal to assist its internal legal team with the management of contracts, compliance, corporate governance, and litigation matters. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence; responding to consumer inquiries; maintaining the contract management platform; organizing and tracking due diligence for corporate mergers and acquisitions; managing litigation cases and disputes; maintaining corporate documentation across Bamboo Health’s family of entities; coordinating with insurance brokers and insurers; and assisting in monitoring and tracking compliance-related laws and regulations. This individual will work directly with the attorneys on the legal team and the executive management team. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are required.
What You’ll Do:
· Review and prepare contracts, corporate documents, and other materials.
· Manage and maintain the legal contract management platform.
· Assist the legal team in organizing and tracking due diligence for any merger, acquisition, divestiture, reorganization, or debt refinancing project.
· Support stock option administration, including issuance, board approval, and exercise.
· Track and monitor litigation and disputes.
· Assist with responding to discovery requests and subpoenas.
· Coordinate with insurance brokers and insurers.
· Track applicable regulations and assist with any related internal communications.

What You Need:
· Successful completion of an ABA-Accredited Paralegal program leading to Paralegal Certification.
· Bachelor’s Degree in paralegal studies, business, or related field preferred.
· 5+ years’ experience in legal assistance/paralegal role in a corporate legal office or law firm.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational abilities.
· Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
· Strong research and report-generating skills.
· Experience in using legal database/ contract management software.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
· Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Helpful / Preferred:
· Experience with SaaS products.
· Experience and understanding of U.S. and international data privacy laws.
· Experience interfacing with corporate insurance brokers.
· Experience managing merger and acquisition matters, including integration.
· Experience coordinating/ managing litigation matters.
