Our team is focused on developing the best in class experiences for brands to empower them to manage their presence and protect their intellectual property on Amazon globally. We are looking for an experienced product manager to lead the product and roadmap strategy for a suite of brand engagement tools. You will have the support of dedicated analytics and engineering teams that will enable you to deliver, as well as iterate on an ongoing basis, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be a crucial leader for the business’s success by continuously solving complex problems and driving innovation to close gaps and scale processes globally.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, is capable of breaking down and solving complex problems, and is data-driven. They will be able to conceptualize and drive complex initiatives end to end, with proven experience working cross functionally with operations and engineering teams. This role requires comfort in ambiguous situations, an ability to influence without authority, and a strong ability to communicate effectively and understand the different needs of global customers.

  • Product strategy and direction: Continually assess the needs of our customers and partners in defining and evolving the product and business strategy.
  • Roadmap Planning: Deliver world-class innovation in features, usability and product performance in a consistent cadence of releases. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your program. Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch, driving value-based prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Requirements Definition: Develop comprehensive product plans incorporating customer needs, defining the competitive arena, and establishing the objectives, strategies, and actions required to achieve business goals. Produce high-quality requirements docs and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget.
  • Leverage industry best practices to establish repeatable practices, principles & processes
  • Build metrics against our goals and work streams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Proven experience designing and executing processes in ambiguous environments
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing wide range of stakeholders across all levels of leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a Brand or IP protection role
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
