Job summary
We are looking for a highly data-driven and innovative marketing manager with Swedish language skills to drive the growth of onsite events for amazon.se. You will join as a member of the onsite Marketing & CX team for Amazon Sweden, where your actions will have direct impact on millions of customers.

Key job responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager – Events, you will be responsible for i) identifying and defining the onsite event needs of the business, ii) building a program and marketing pipeline for onsite events iii) collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and scope business requirements, iv) working with events managers around the world to manage the end-to-end launch of onsite events including Prime Day and Black Friday v) partnering with business and functional teams to drive growth and success of our onsite events. You will be given opportunities to work with senior stakeholders across the company, building the foundation to scale our events as we strive to continually delight our customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Swedish language professional proficiency •
• Bachelor Degree required
• 5+ years experience in marketing, program or project management
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results
• Experience working within a marketing teams to design and develop onsite customer-facing experiences. Deep customer obsession is essential
• Superior analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) in both Swedish and English and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels and across a variety of stakeholders
Competency with ecommerce and mobile technologies with a high degree of curiosity to learn new knowledge

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment
