Job summary
Are you interested in creating the future of e-com shipping? Our team is changing the way we interact with customers around the globe and building a new, emerging business in shipping to solve some of the biggest logistical opportunities facing not just Amazon, but the entire industry.

We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to drive the growth of Amazon Shipping in the UK. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of successfully managing B2B acquisition and demand generation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing scalable marketing strategies to drive highly qualified leads through both online and offline channels.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:

  • Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: Design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of integrated campaigns through to completion
  • Channel management: Launching and managing campaigns across multiple channels, often in partnership with third-party agencies
  • Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement strategies
  • Manage program budget with accountability for campaign ROI
  • Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive strategic decision making for optimized campaign strategies.

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • You have experience managing/running digital marketing channels within a B2B context
  • You are able to extract actionable insights from internal and external data and pivot campaign strategies accordingly
  • You are able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner – particularly in written form
  • You are a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment
  • You can easily shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and executing, in order to deliver results

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years experience in B2B Marketing, preferably B2B and demand generation
  • Experience working with marketing tools including email, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
  • Demonstrated understanding of a marketing funnel and how to align campaign strategies with customer journeys
  • Experience with paid media, preferably display and programmatic advertising, content syndication, social media, and search
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Able to work in a diverse team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a start-up/high-growth environment
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate in order to get the best results possible
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Ability to thrive in a self-service environment
