The APN Customer and Partner Engagements team is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, to lead the development and strategy CRM Integration, enabling and building experiences that help global partners automate their engagements with AWS by enabling CRM to CRM integration. As the Partner Integration Leader, you will own the strategic vision for enhancing the current integration solution, developing a self-service product that will allow partners to easily connect into the programs and insights they need to run their AWS practice from their own CRM. You will own the global strategy including adoption, self-service onboarding and support, third party integrations, and success metrics.
This ideal candidate is highly curious, passionate, and data-driven, one who can dive deep to optimize performance and solve problems for customers and stakeholders. The role requires a motivated self-starter who is able and wants to operate in a lean, fast-paced organization that scales quickly. You will be expected to be an active voice in our leadership discussions as we make decisions on our priorities and roadmap items. You should be comfortable operating within and presenting recommendations to an executive audience.

Key job responsibilities
-Develop comprehensive program strategy for CRM to CRM integrations
-Recruit Customers/Partners to integrate their CRM solution with AWS
-Establish communication plan for internal and external audiences as it relates to CRM integration product roadmap
-Partner with engineering, product, business, and finance teams to create new methodologies for success measurement
-Develop scoring methodology that can be utilized globally to identify and target partners to prioritize CRM to CRM capability
-Conduct deep dive into existing processes related to CRM integration and develop plan to simplify and automate
-Minimum 5+ years’ experience in product/program management for a tech business
-5 years in a sales, business development, or sales operations function for a large technology firm
-Strong knowledge of CRM solutions such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics
-Strong executive presence, with ability to interact with senior executives internally and at partner companies
-Ability to break down complex problems, and a strong will to get things done (self-starter) and deliver results
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
