• Work as a brand POC to ensure focus on input & output metrics.
• Prioritize resolution to drive stakeholder experience
• Hand hold multiple brands by supporting on inventory inbound
• Work with external Ops stake holders to troubleshoot inbound issues
• Primary contact for any brand escalation on catalogue / inventory / Ops / payment related issues
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2 years of experience in data-driven business operations processes where associates are required to handle large volume of data as part of their daily tasks and take decisions based on analysis of such data
• Experience of Business development, Account Management, or of Sales is preferred.
• Retail experience

• SQL knowledge
