The Customer Solutions Management Team is looking for a Manager to scale the Operations team owning the definition, build, launch and optimization of cross-regional and cross-functional capability uplift, tooling and enablement initiatives. Your team will work closely with senior regional and world-wide leadership to support the strategic evolution of the EMEA CSM function, including programmatically executing day-to-day field operations, tooling, and coordination and planning of activities, initiatives and mechanisms.
Your team will own operational cadences, business reviews, reporting/dashboards and drive efficiencies and acceleration mechanisms. Partnering with the EMEA CSM Leadership, you and your team will define, plan and execute strategic priorities, success metrics to measure the performance of the organization and drive predicable cadences and mechanisms for operations, strategic planning and delivery, goals setting and business reviews.
You focus your team on proactively searching for ways to reduce the operational overhead on the function and to build mechanisms that support their needs. Focus areas include resource allocation, enablement and strategic program deployment, efficiency/productivity and reducing friction for CSMs as they go to market.

In this role you will Hire and Develop the best, leading a team of Individual Contributors – Program Managers, Business Analyst, and will manage team capacity, prioritization and ability to scale to meet business needs. The key to your teams’ success is excellent attention to detail, a strategic mindset and ability to translate strategic priorities into operational mechanisms and delivery initiatives – all whilst bringing the business on the journey. As the manager of this team, you will identify and harness your teams Super Powers to do this supporting them to deliver results and raise the bar by creating an environment for your team to bring diversity of thought, innovation and passion to work.

Key job responsibilities
• Own senior portfolio-level reporting, assessments and brokering agreement, stakeholder buy-in and rapid assessments of risks and change management requirements for allocated regional teams
• Own the definition, build, development and launch cross-regional and cross-functional capability uplift and delivery programmes that embed best practice, efficiencies and acceleration mechanisms
• Own operational cadences, reporting and drive efficiencies and acceleration mechanisms.
• Own driving the execution and reporting of the operational KPIs, Goals and Metrics for allocated areas
• Own the launch, embedding and improvements to team tooling
• Own the development and scaling of the EMEA CSM Operations team including people management, career development responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 7-10 years program managing complex, large scale, transformation, operations or strategic programs
• Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information at the C-suite/VP level
• Demonstrated experience using data to build business cases/case for change and working with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives
• Hands-on experience developing strategic assessments, writing narratives, identifying and shaping strategic priorities and delivery initiatives
• Experience managing operations at a regional level, across borders, languages and time zones
• Experience managing high performing teams to deliver outcomes
• Proven ability to create and implement cadences, effective reporting mechanisms and proficiency with data analysis, reporting analysis and risk assessment across scaled/cross-geography teams
• Deep knowledge of project management best practices and how to apply them in large, complex projects and multi-stakeholder environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience delivering to external and internal customers, partnering with cross-functional teams and partners
• Experience with using data to build business cases for change/transformation
• Experience developing Operating Models and structures
• Experience leading enterprise efficiencies reviews
• Experience writing features and developing tools and methodologies
• Experience with reporting tools e.g. Tableau
• AgilePM, Prince2,PgMP, SAFe certified
