You practice collaboration, efficiency, and raise the bar for UX design across our organization. You are at ease both visualizing an experience in the abstract and then driving that vision into concise design deliverables. You develop the North Star, lead the creative review cycle, craft delightful design solutions, and elevate the experience of developing user experiences that can redefine the learning industry. You are comfortable innovating in ambiguous situations and dive deep to understand our multiple user personas and the core incentives, opportunities, challenges, and solutions our customers need to improve learning outcomes that drive business goals.
The Role:
Throughout the product strategy, design, and development lifecycle, you will work collaboratively with product leaders, customers, user researchers, and developers to innovate on overall design, product definitions, and user experience across our learning system. Multi-functional collaboration and ownership is essential, requiring you to be a great communicator and visionary. You will drive design-first product mechanisms, evangelize simplicity and user efficiency, emphasize product differentiation, and ensure our customers remain first with engineering and business stakeholders.
