Job summary
This person will support the Devices TA organization in it’s effort to ease reporting and monitor it’s progression against KPI. This person would lead meetings with key stakeholders, to identify the scope of the problem, identify the appropriate data sources and format and publish dashboards to solve these problems.
I am looking for someone who is willing to grow with the organization, take ownership and responsibility for the data, to understand it, deep dive problems and own the solution. You will be a key member of the team who will be responsible for assuring that the recruiting team has easy access to the data they need to drive the decisions they need to make.
This person needs to be able to work with unclear answers, changing expectations and imperfect information. You will be responsible for the data the team presents to it’s stakeholders and be the savior from sending out bad data or incomplete information.
Key job responsibilities
Complete SQL queries against established databases
Format, Publish and automate Dashboards and reports against existing data tables
Ability to build automation of reports, including automated data pulls
Frequent prototyping and agile development of dashboards
Maintain data governance against dashboards that carefully records the logic of the displayed data
A day in the life
Meet with key stakeholders to understand the problem the business is trying to solve
Develop prototype dashboards in an agile environment iterating based off consumer feedback
Develop look around the corner metrics that not only identify what has happened but also warning signs for the programs future.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience writing SQL queries
Experience building, maintaining and deploying dashboards
Experience working with diverse slate of customers who have differing or conflicting needs for data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to manage expectations, timelines and multiple demands on your calendar.
Bias for action to understand what the data is, how it’s used and how it should be reported.
Self starter who can operate independently in a limited information environment.
