Sr. Program Activation Manager, Twitch Brand Partnership Studio

Job summary
We’re looking for a Program Activation Lead to join our award-winning Brand Partnership Studio. You will lead the project management, execution, and delivery of large scale, long term marketing sponsorships, events, and custom programs primarily around Twitch owned and operated IP (such as Twitch Rivals, Twitch Gaming, Twitch Con, and others). You will work closely with our Creative Strategist, Creative Production, Account Management, Sales Strategy & Operations, and Sales teams. You will also work directly with external brands, agencies and production vendors to manage creative campaigns that help drive Twitch’s sales goals. You will oversee multiple creative projects and internal/external partner relationships simultaneously from budgeting to scoping to stakeholder alignment.

Key job responsibilities
• You will lead multiple large scale sponsorship and event activations, with a focus on execution, project management and quality control of elements from sale to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting all timeline milestones and delivering within the approved budgets

• You will manage both domestic and global projects working closely with your counterparts in our other global offices

• You will work in collaboration with Creative Strategy , Creative Production teams, Twitch Events team and Twitch Original content team to advise clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions

• You will you hit each milestone deadline on budget, ensure expectations are set and all deliverables are met to make certain the client’s vision is realized

• Occasionally you will oversee programming including ‘influencer’ promoted broadcasts, tournaments, contests and sweepstakes, custom interactive digital products and custom commercials

• You will help us create efficient workflows with our cross functional teams

• Alongside our Account Management and Client Services teams, be accountable for client relationships post-sale and optimize activations

Track profitability and resourcing, financial reporting and billing

• Collaborate and execute on processes defined by the Program Activation teams related to legal, finance, and operations

A day in the life
Reviewing activation budgets, attending or leading internal meetings, updating calendars, troubleshooting sponsor issues, aligning stakeholders, organizing Asana boards, defining SLAs and scoping out creative requests, checking in with Account Managers for client feedback.

We are a team of creative strategists, producers, program managers, and talent relations experts that produce best in class custom content and live experiences, advise on client solutions, and represent an incredible culture.


  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

• 5+ years experience in hands-on project management, digital media & content, event production, and/or sponsorship activation
• Must be able to communicate ideas clearly, professionally, and persuasively to multiple stakeholders internally and externally
• Strong knowledge of project management software (Asana, Air Table a plus), digital tech, and broadcasting/streaming
• Thrives on project timelines
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities to meet goals and deadlines
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive and enjoy a fast-paced dynamic work environment
• Must be comfortable in working non-traditional hours as needed, including travel
• You will understand the Twitch platform, games industry, live broadcast technologies and digital media


• Knowledge of the gaming industry, esports, Twitch, creator economy a plus
• Live streaming / broadcasting experience
