As an Enterprise Account Manager, you are driving digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level executives and various lines of businesses. You are establishing Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the key cloud technology provider across the strategic accounts you manage, promoting the entire AWS products and services portfolio to Enterprise Customers.

Key job responsibilities
We focus on Consumer & Business industry verticals. Our enterprise customer consist of Consumer Packaged Good (CPG), Travel & Hospitality, Real-Money Gambling, Business Services, Logistics & Distribution and Consultancies.
You will be responsible for a small number of enterprise customers. You will be expected to create a sufficient pipeline of opportunities in order to achieve/exceed your sales revenue quota.
You will work closely with specialist teams to identify opportunities to create business value for your clients. These teams include Industry Business Development, Enterprise Strategy and Strategic Customer Engagements. You will have a fully aligned Solution Architect and Customer Support Representative. You will deliver customer value by working with AWS Professional Services, Customer Support Managers, Global Systems Integrator s (GSI’s) and Independent Software Vendors (ISV’s).
You and your team will create a strategic Account Plan for each customer which will set out the vision for partnership, capture Think Big ideas, and define the executive engagement strategy. This will help you and your team successfully navigate and engage the enterprise.

- Enterprise customer account management focused on growth, partnership and enabling business value
- Exceeding quota on a consistent basis
- Increasing technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies
- Building effective partnerships with C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business
- Demonstrable success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects to Enterprise Customers
- Working in close partnership with GSI’s and ISV’s
- Degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering or Computer Science
- Cross-functional enterprise selling experience
- Experience selling cloud solutions
- Cross-organisational teamworking skills
