We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the Outbound Marketing team within the EU Consumer Marketing organization. This Functional Marketing Manager (FMM) role leads Outbound initiatives for driving customer engagement in new European marketplaces. This would be a cross-functional collaboration aimed at settling and retaining customers in our new marketplaces and addressing local challenges in a scalable manner. You will lead customer lifecycle based experimentation and campaigns to drive engagement for our deals events.

This role provides high visibility and exposure, and is a great opportunity to build your network within and beyond EU Consumer Marketing org. You will influence partner teams across different functions, build collaboration, and drive alignment. In parallel, you will work closely with regional teams around the world to share knowledge and scale successful experiments quickly. You will also manage a large number of stakeholders across marketplaces, advise leadership, and participate in senior leadership updates. Through your work, you will not only gain deep, specialized marketing expertise in the Outbound channel, but also utilize your customer obsession to build the customer experience to address customer pain points. This is an opportunity to have a key role in building our foundations as we start on our journey to delight customers in new and exciting marketplaces.

This position can be based in Sweden or Poland.

Key job responsibilities

  • Define the goals, priorities and success metrics, and develop the experimentation roadmap for Outbound in emerging marketplaces, in line with the long-term vision.
  • Work backwards from customer pain points, and build relevant and helpful CX to educate customers and generate engagement.
  • Execute the Outbound marketing plan for events.
  • Develop the future vision for customer lifecycle based experimentation and further scale the initiatives.
  • Implement experiment plans based on learnings and customer insights from previous events to maximize the incrementality of event messaging via Outbound channel.
  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify new opportunities to drive customer engagement.
  • Understand, measure, and evaluate the impact on the CX and business outcomes.
  • Drive learnings and insights, and apply for ongoing marketing measures or adjustments to the experimentation roadmap, and recommend scalable automated solutions.
  • Provide support in delivering postmortem to senior leadership to report on the performance, learnings, and opportunities for next events.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders across business, regions, and levels.

  • You have analytical skills to derive actionable insights and recommendations to maximize the impact of Outbound messaging.
  • You are willing to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals and deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Online Marketing
  • Experience in email, push notifications, and/or mobile apps
  • SQL knowledge
  • HTML knowledge
  • Language skills Swedish or Polish
