Job summary
Selling Partner Communities, Empowerment and Trust (SPECT) builds lasting connections with our selling partners, helps drive their success, and grows their trust, by: (1) Delivering targeted resources and investments to support their continued growth, particularly for small businesses and underserved populations, (2) Fostering an active and helpful community and information exchange, and proactively communicating across multi-directional channels for selling partners and Amazon, (3) Eliminating their fear of, and helping sellers avoid, enforcement through empathetic, consistent, and transparent experiences, and 4) Understanding selling partners’ perceptions of, and being internal advocates to improve, their experience selling on Amazon.

The team is looking for Program Managers that resonate with what SPECT is building. The Program Manager role will own and drive key programs products, drive the product roadmap and features priorities and services that delight our Selling Partners. This role has the opportunity drive large scale change and support the Amazon Sellers Community.

Key job responsibilities
Identify opportunities for process improvement within functional areas and work with relevant teams to drive change
Coordinate with ops, technical, and leadership teams to deep dive gaps across both process and tech, and to scope their impact on various projects and programs
Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and management across our organization, including projects pertaining to enforcement, including identifying potential bottlenecks, overlapping work areas or other project risks
Develop relationships with technical and non-technical teams
Ensure compliance with escalation procedures and SLAs
Drive continued operational and automation improvements to improve operational efficiency

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
Ability to define Program Management strategies; ability to deliver independently, with limited guidance and structure.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with commitment towards goals and outcomes and to ensure Customer Experience metrics are maintained
Proficient in formal project management methodologies and tools, MS Excel power-user
Experience building professional relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
