About the team
The NavX team’s mission is to be an indispensable and trustworthy guide, which provides direction and context to Amazon customers at each point in their shopping journey. We are responsible for helping customers get to their destination faster and for making it more fun to shop wherever they are. To support the builders across Amazon, we also own LinkTree to enable partners to specify navigation links and hierarchies through our experiences. As Amazon continues to increase in complexity, launch new marketplaces, and add new categories, programs, and modes of shopping, we will have an outsized role to play in helping customers find delight in the breadth of Amazon, rather than feel lost in the maze of complexity.
