Job summary
We are seeking a Sr. UX Researcher to help us evolve how Brand Owners and Selling Partners run, manage and grow their business on Amazon.com. Our seasoned team is adept at creating, building and shipping tools and services that support the Brand and Seller experience. -Conduct all aspects of the user research lifecycle (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting results).
-Work closely with UX designers in the development and evaluation of personas, usability studies, and testing.
-Perform quick but thorough data analysis in order to uncover insightful and actionable results that drive tactical and strategic product decisions.
-Ability to dive deep into both qualitative and quantitative data in order to bring forward new insights that generate product innovations.
-Partner with experimentation, insights, sales, account management, and other teams on research efforts.
-Communicate results and opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of leadership.
-Deliver impact, as measured by changes to the product design and development roadmap.
-Eagerness to continually learn, grow and improve the craft of UX research.
