We are seeking a Sr. Business Ops Manager with experience in delivering projects, strategic initiatives and programs that will directly impact the success of our post-installation programs and processes. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and multi-talented individual who has immense bias for action and an excellent ability to deliver results even in the face of strong headwinds. The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional and cross-org stakeholders. You will draw on your experiences managing complex projects, solving technical challenges, formulating data-driven plans and influencing key partner teams to drive initiatives to completion. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, curious and eager to learn, team oriented, and will be able work independently.

Key responsibilities:
• Be a subject matter expert of various post-installation processes/SOPs in order to fully understand opportunities and seek ways to drive improvements.
• Interact with cross-functional stakeholders like Product, Engineering, Training and Ops teams to design the program standard operational procedures, processes, and technical requirements.
• Drive team consensus on providing the best experience for internal and/or external customers and ensure that appropriate resources are employed to deliver high quality results.
• Lead cross functional project meetings.
• Plan and prioritize the projects that need to be executed to deliver expected outputs.
• Monitor the program’s overall progress; anticipate risks, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
• Create and share recurring program reporting to provide stakeholders with key insights.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years’ experience in program or project management owning and delivering end-to-end programs/projects
• Experience owning program strategies, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to define program strategy, manage a roadmap and manage trade-offs.
• Excel at cross-team collaboration, problem solving and have a bias for action to respond to customer and partner needs.
• Experience with leading cross functional teams and a demonstrated history of providing solutions to complex problems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Global project management experience (program launches in multiple geographies simultaneously).
• Experience utilizing SharePoint, advanced Excel , and other Microsoft applications
• Experience thinking outside the box and creating bold visions while maintaining a strong and detailed focus on the execution.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Committed to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations to drive actions.
• Proven ability to work independently and to drive projects to completion
• Owner mentality and a willingness to roll up your sleeves, dive deep and get the job done in a start-up culture
• Start-up attitude and ability to flex to help identify and solve quickly emerging challenges related to the launch of new programs
• A record of accomplishment in delivering results in a scrappy, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to dive deep into processes and relentlessly drive results
• Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units.
