We are a passionate team working to build a best-in-class healthcare product designed to make high-quality healthcare easy to access, and we’re looking for a Field Marketing Team Lead for Amazon Care.

The Field Marketing Team Lead will be one of our initial Field Marketing hires as Amazon Care is offered to employers nationwide. We are a passionate team working to make high-quality healthcare easy to access. Our organization rewards curiosity while maintaining a focus on delivering results.

The Field Marketing Team Lead will be expected to lead a small team of Field Marketing professionals, helping guide the team in developing and executing field marketing programs that generate and qualify leads for our sales teams. In addition, the Field Marketing Team Lead will be expected to directly own Field Marketing for our Western Sales Region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage a team of field marketers executing regional marketing strategies across the US
• Develop a deep understanding of the business and build the right marketing plans and programs in support of regional sales objectives, with a particular focus on lead generation and qualification.
• Execute marketing programs including events, communication tools, demand generation and contact acquisition.
• Use data to identify new opportunities.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics of campaigns.
• Track marketing best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations.
• Own Amazon Care’s MAL and MQL goals and report regularly to leadership

This role can be located anywhere in Western or Mountain Time Zones (e.g. Washington state, California, Colorado, etc.). Up to 20% travel is required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in an enterprise/B2B role, preferably marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in healthcare or marketing benefits to an employer (business) audience

-Experience building and leading teams

  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in marketing technology products or services
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
  • Strong execution capability with the highest standards in a rapidly evolving business
