Job summary
Amazon Advertising seeks the world’s best and brightest thought leader to drive next-generation solutions for Amazon DSP that enable advertisers to reach customers across our owned and operated sites, on other high-quality publisher sites across the web, and on millions of desktops, mobile, and connected TV devices.

Key job responsibilities
This role will be responsible for supporting the go to market strategy for a specific key product theme within Amazon DSP.

They are responsible for determining the overall strategy and prioritization of features under that theme. They will work with PM, PMM and Sales, to drive adoption programs over time for their theme. They will also act as a communications lead on priority feature launches within their theme.

Finally, they will influence feature roadmaps within their theme through close partnerships with Sales and through the voice of our customers.

About the team
Our mission is to offer the world’s most customer-centric advertising. Amazon DSP (ADSP) is Amazon’s programmatic advertising product for campaign spanning Display, Video, and Audio across Amazon properties (e.g., Amazon.com, IMDb TV, Twitch, Fire TV, and Amazon Music) and tens of thousands of third-party (3P) websites and apps.


7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising and technology with direct experience working on programmatic DSPs and media buying solutions.

Experience using data and metrics to drive product adoption objectives.

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and senior level communication of results.


10+ years of experience positioning and launching highly complex products to enterprise customers in the Ad tech space.

The role requires bar raising ownership, comfort with ambiguity, as well as the ability to structure complex problems into Minimum Viable Products and iterate based on findings.

Team has strong ties to NYC, but open to other locations nationwide.
