Resonating? Great, because the Physical Stores Recruiting Team is interested in you!
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a passion for sourcing and recruiting best in class talent. Our team partners closely with the businesses we support, Amazon Physical Stores (Go, Books, 4-Star, etc.), both those existing teams who built Amazon Go’s Just Walk Out (JWO) Technology and those newly formed or still forming that are working on unreleased projects and programs.
As a recruiting partner to the business you’ll not only have the opportunity to interact regularly with your hiring managers, but at all levels of leadership both recruiting and organizational. You should feel comfortable using data to influence your decisions along with those of the team’s and hiring manager’s you support.
A day in the life
A day in the life of a technical recruiter in Physical Stores will be different today than it is tomorrow, and the next day, and the next. Why? Because recruiting top talent that builds innovative technologies coming together with physical space and disrupting massive industries including, grocery, bookstore, etc. is hard and requires iteration, pivots, failures, but ultimately some pretty huge and cool successful businesses. If that inspires more than scares you then you’ll like your day-to-day even as it changes.
About the team
We value each other and respect our opinions. We regularly collaborate and share knowledge that makes us better as a team.
