IT Support Analyst – SCCM, O365, iManage
IT Support Analyst sought for a leading UK Law firm to join their close-knit 12-person IT team looking after the IT needs of the firm’s 250 users. This is an excellent opportunity for a Support Analyst who has some experience to work closely with and learn from other apps and infrastructure specialists, whilst looking after the 1st and 2nd line support needs of the users.
The role is based in the firm’s central London office and will be predominately office-based.
- Working as an IT Support Analyst your key responsibilities will include:
- Working in a Service Desk / Helpdesk function supporting users throughout the firm by providing remote and deskside support
- Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many calls as possible at the first point of contact
- To escalate calls internally and with third parties
- Responding to “How do I..” queries and providing ad-hoc training as well as technical support

You’ll enjoy offering a top-class white-glove style support service, taking ownership of your users’ issues and seeing them through to resolution, and giving regular updates along the way.
Key experience required:
- Work experience gained within a corporate environment, ideally a law firm or professional services (accountancy, finance, architecture)
- Microsoft Office Support experience, ideally combined with a Document Management System (DMS) such as iManage, NetDocs, OpenText, eDocs or similar
Your technical knowledge should cover as many of the following as possible:
- Windows 10 / Windows 8/7
- Citrix Remote Access
- Office 2016 / Office 2013/2010
- Active Directory – User Admin / Creation
- Document Management Systems – Worksite/FileSite, iManage, NetDocs, eDocs etc
- Windows Server / Active Directory account admin
