Amazon Ads is seeking a Manager, Ads Account Management to lead a team of client-facing account managers working with the largest and most sophisticated beverages advertisers in the world. You will use your strong management skills to inspire your team to identify and solve client business challenges and deepen advertiser partnerships. You will manage the day to day operations of your team, set clear team-goals, and remove roadblocks. Internally, you will partner closely with a variety of teams including Retail, Product, Creative, Insights, Analytics, and Marketing to set and achieve industry and organization-level objectives. Externally, you will drive executive-level alignment with Fortune 500 clients, develop thought leadership on category and consumer trends, and serve as the single-threaded owner for the service model your team provides. As a member of our elite sales organization, you will benefit from having direct access to the leadership team that has charted our explosive growth.

Key job responsibilities
Lead a team of customer-facing account managers in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
Develop and execute strategies tailored to client needs, team development, revenue, and operations objectives
Hire and develop a world-class team; effectively procure and deploy resources; manage capacity
Engage with Amazon Ads leadership to represent business results and advocate for customer needs
Build and sustain effective relationships with partner teams
Develop and implement best practices to drive consistently strong ROI, ease of doing business and scale for anticipated growth.
Assess ongoing client and partner feedback to ensure performance against organizational objectives
Maintain a working knowledge of the Amazon Ads product suite, tools, and campaign management workflows

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* BS degree or equivalent
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Experience with influencing internal and external stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years relevant experience in a client facing role including but not limited to digital marketing, tech sales/account management, analytics, etc.
Deep expertise in omni-channel marketing, display, OTT/video, search advertising
Proven record of delivering quantifiable revenue impact and exceeding goals
3+ years people management experience
Successful track record of recruiting top talent and building high performing teams
Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and written/verbal communication skills
Capable of solving problems that span business and technology, influencing scalable process improvement
* BS or MS degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent; MBA is a plus
