Position Overview

The Channel Development Executive (CDE) will not only develop IC Partner Eco, but also lead industry market growth through partners with specialization authorization in assigned territory for Autodesk. He/she will be responsible for the overall relationship and manage all the points of contact to ensure all specialized Partners at their assigned territory have a full understanding of AUTODESK strategies and solutions, and to drive sales of Autodesk products and services to ensure that sales goals are exceeded. In addition, this person will be responsible for developing long standing relationships with these Channel Partners and to build a joint industry go-to-market model covering all the standard areas of Channel Partner development and management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop industry partner Ecosystem, include manage existing partners with Spez. Authorization, onboard of new Spez. partners, and build up necessary relationships with related industry associations
  • Lead IC market growth through partners with Spez. authorization in assigned territory with intensive business coaching to partner sales/TS by leveraging Huangpu project, Level up program, PSH, etc. and closely collaboration with MMA, STSR, TSR, TS, LC, and Marketing team to ensure sales goals achievement or exceeded
  • Drive adoption and uptake of value-added service with TS to penetrate target industry accounts to reach max, business value
  • Accelerate Partner AIR program by supporting collaboration of qualified Service/ECOx partners to monetize packaged applications
  • Orchestrate Spez. partner BP/HBR and course correction initiatives
  • Drive Lighthouse wins for strategic solution and scale best practice
  • Support opportunities as needed basis

Minimum Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution, major in engineering design prefer
  • Minimum 5 years of channel management experience and 3 years of sales experience in an IT vendor environment
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Self-motivated combined with the ability to influence strategy and execute without monitoring
  • Working knowledge and/or experience selling technology solutions to channel partners
  • Ability to develop strong relationships at board level and can liaise and negotiate with Channel Partners of varying type, level, and technical understanding
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to describe market transitions and develop and lead/influence local and virtual teams
  • Strong business acumen, time management, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work in a fast paced and flexible marketplace
