Position Overview

As Inside Partner Manager you work with a dedicated set of resellers on management and operational level. You will be responsible for business planning and successful execution including the support of financial, sales, customer success and marketing topics as well as industry related initiatives. You will be part of a highly professional channel management team which plays a crucial role in the collaboration of all teams with the resellers.

Responsibilities

  • Builds relationship, acts as responsible contact person for partner principals, management and respective teams
  • Understands partners business, organizational set-up and markets in which partners are active
  • Ensures common vision between Autodesk and Partner
  • Drives annual strategic business plan, identify areas of investment and supports execution
  • Recaps quarterly sales results with partners and internally and helps set focus areas and goals for upcoming quarters
  • Ensure partners forecast is valid and updated
  • Develops and supports sales activities with partners, sets targets/milestones, measures results, supports execution
  • Takes initiative role inside Autodesk to ensure support from all relevant departments
  • Influences marketing plans, coordinates merit funds available to support sales initiatives
  • Coordinates trainings and assistance to the partners through appropriate company resources in product training, sales and marketing skills
  • Proactive approach, flexible, able to operate in constant changing environment
  • Attend Autodesk events internally and externally with partners, travel may be required
  • Participates in specific projects relating to indirect business

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills; German fluency would be a plus
  • Polished professionalism with above average organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience and comfort with communicating and negotiating at executive level
  • Ideally a previous experience managing partners
