Position Overview:

The Manager, Customer Success Territory AMER is a key part of the Commercial Customer Success leadership team within the Territory customer segment at Autodesk. This role is charged with managing a team of Customer Success Advisors (CSAs) whose mission is to provide irresistible onboard and use experiences for high-risk, high-value customers in order to help them achieve their desired business outcomes. Territory CSAs primarily engage with customers through data-driven, triggered actions and in-bound customer-initiated activities. CSAs drive timely, relevant customer success support while also allowing us to identify risk to the account and/or opportunities for expansion.

The manager will be responsible for working collaboratively across many organizations in order to drive customer success initiatives at scale. A successful candidate will enable CSAs to navigate customer engagements in order to impact sentiment while ensuring they are successfully meeting business goals. The manager approaches problem solving with curiosity and an innovative mindset. The manager will support the team and oversee activities by acting as a strong coach and leader and fostering a culture of purpose, growth and belonging.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage and develop a team of Customer Success Advisors (CSAs)
  • Responsible for hiring, mentoring and coaching as well as team building with those from other units who participate on projects.
  • Ensure proper performance management and rewards/recognition guidelines are followed within own team.
  • Build and refine reporting processes as part of continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies are leveraged to process and track onboarding and adoption
  • Regularly report on team and individual results
  • Partner with leaders of sales teams, the reseller partner ecosystem, technical support, client services, and others to drive customer success motions and resolve customer activation/onboarding/usage issues. Identify and make recommendations for improvements in Onboarding and Use
  • Set team expectations to drive a high-level customer satisfaction and experience to ensure continued customer adoption of Autodesk products through customer value-add activities
  • Encourage innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within Customer Success and the supporting organizations

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • People Management Experience
  • 2-5 years Customer Success/Account Management experience
  • Salesforce proficiency
  • Education Level:Bachelor’s Degree from 4-year College/University or equivalent experience preferred

Target Pay Range for this Position (Colorado): $80,000 – $140,000
