Position Overview

Autodesk’s cutting edge Sales and Customer Success Automation Team (SAA) is seeking a Business Analyst to create an innovative, streamlined experience for our sales and customer success representatives. The impact of this work will ensure our customers have a delightful experience when engaging with Autodesk, while also ensuring our customer facing teams focus on the right customers at the right time.

Your business process and analytical skills will be instrumental in helping Autodesk scale globally aligned processes. As the organization unifies around specific frameworks and platforms, you’ll help implement new processes and tools that support the global needs of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research end-to-end current state processes, pain points, inefficiencies, and the best opportunities to drive improvement through automation
  • Analyze business and user needs, specifically related to interfaces involving Salesforce or other systems and tools
  • Coordinate and meet with internal business customers and leaders, as well as work closely with architects and development teams to ensure that the direction, scope and dependencies are identified and documented
  • Foster productive communication between technical and non-technical audiences to ensure that technology solutions fulfill the business needs
  • Document requirements and translate business requirements into concise system requirements for use by the architects and development teams
  • Leverage Salesforce functionality such as Data Loader and Flows as appropriate to address business challenges
  • Design and define Salesforce configuration including data objects, sharing, security settings, validation rules, workflows, and user interface
  • Ensure and maintain data integrity through reinforcement of sales and success processes, data improvement projects, and ongoing data clean up
  • Apply your analytics expertise to develop M&A insights and help advise, influence the processes for onboarding M&A customer facing teams onto salesforce
  • Suggest new methods to improve the experience and productivity of internal users and customers
  • Stay up to speed on emerging Salesforce capabilities and industry best practices for the platform
  • Drive common vision, practices, and capabilities across customer facing teams
  • Have knowledge of project management methodologies and practices
  • Assist with validation and testing of interfaces and automation

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years Salesforce experience
  • 4+ years relevant experience
  • BA or BS in related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise analyzing and designing business processes and recommending improvements
  • Superior communication skills; the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • 4+ years of Sales Operations, Sales, or Customer Success experience.
  • 2+ years Salesforce administration experience
  • Experience with reporting tools (Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, TableauCRM, or similar.)
