Position Overview

TheTerritoryBDR Manager will report to ourTerritorySegment Leaderandoversee a team of BDRs to achieve their pipeline generation targets in ACV and stage two opportunities. This team will align closely with the sales org focused on construction and you will be responsible for aggressively growing our top of funnel lead generation engine,primarily focused on effectively working inbound leads.This team has anestablishedfoundation,andwe are looking for a leader to help take things to the next level -there will be opportunities to grow your career in this role. The BDR Manager will own the metrics, training, coaching and execution of this team.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, manage and motivate a team of Business Development Reps
  • Hire and retain talented Business Development Reps
  • Work with Sales Operations to proactively improveworkflowandremoveroadblocks forreps
  • Partner with sales management to create success metrics that drives value throughout the sales funnel
  • Motivateindividualsand teams to exceed targets through coaching, tracking, and creative incentives
  • Continuouslyreporton teamand individual results
  • WorkalongsideDistrictManagers to ensure the most effective targeting of the BDR team
  • Lead weekly teammeetingsandcallcoaching sessions, prioritizing objectives for your team
  • Inspect dashboards to ensure BDRs are meeting the Marketing SLAs around inbound leads
  • Staff and manage inbound lead channels: Dialpad, Qualify,Outreach
  • This is a hybrid location role with split time between remote and in-office work

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years BD Management experience, or proven track record closing business in construction industry +established peer leader
  • Proven experience successfully managing people to overachieve against performance goals
  • Outstanding communication, organization and time management skills
  • Highly self-motivated and results driven

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Construction industry
  • Power SFDC user, experience with Outreach and Gong
