WHO IS THE INSIDE SALES ORGANIZATION?
Since 2015 Autodesk has significantly invested in its inside sales capabilities. Meanwhile a growing number of inside sales professionals around the world are selling Autodesk solutions over the phone or through other electronic means. Co-located in two main hubs in Denver (CO) and Barcelona (Spain), and in additional hubs in Amman (Jordan), Minsk (Belarus), Shanghai (China), Singapore (SG) and Tokyo (Japan), Autodesk Inside Sales teams play a key role in our business transformation. This direct customer engagement is an essential part of our strategic mission to become a “customer company”.
The inside sales team engages with a range of customers from Territory (SMB) to Mid-Market. The focus of this organization is finding, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities across AEC, MFG and MES through individual roles. Keep reading to find our more!
WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?
Above all else, we look for a drive to succeed in sales. While previous experience in sales can be an indicator of this, we are also open to non-sales professionals who are driven to succeed for themselves, Autodesk, and our customers. You can join this team in different capacities such as Digital Sales Representative, Business Development Representative, Territory Sales Representative, and Strategic Territory Sales Representative. For these roles, we look for a variety of backgrounds and skills such as (but not limited to):
- Business Development
- Account Management
- Territory Planning
- Account Planning
- Native or Full Professional level of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish
