Work within a team environment, providing comprehensive administrative support whilst working both remotely and in modern offices in Colwyn Bay.
In the Administrative Assistant job, you will be:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, carrying out an extensive range of clerical tasks including typing, filing, data inputting, diary management, spreadsheets, photocopying, scanning
- Sending out documentation on behalf of managers and ensuring tasks are completed to deadlines
- Additional administration duties as required including covering reception, answering emails, dealing with correspondence and incoming / outgoing mail
To be considered for the Administrative Assistant role you must have:
- Previous administration experience including strong typing ability
- Strong IT skills, with knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
- Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative, work unsupervised and manage a high-volume workload
- Ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable
This is a full-time vacancy working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday for a temporary period of approximately 6-8 weeks on a salary of £10.00 per hour plus holiday accrual. The role will be working from offices in Colwyn Bay and also remotely too.
